Why do establishments, that would never allow such a lag in delivery time for a home delivery, enable this 10Bis phenomenon?
50 mins. (the average delivery time when you order from home) is torture enough when you're hungry - an hour and forty minutes is insane!
That would never fly in any other circumstance - so why exploit people that have their hands tied?
