I must give 10Bis huge props for a couple of things.

1) It's alway heart-warming to see even SMEs in Israel being technotronic. It never ceases to amaze me. So - way to go 10Bis for Tweeting.

B) Props on the high level of customer service - it's a rare thing in Israel - and certainly noted and appreciated.

Now - we just have to see if they actually make it happen.
